Chief Operating OfficerKyle brings a wealth of experience to his role at beBright, underpinned by a strong academic and professional foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Business Administration in General Management Healthcare from Vanderbilt University. A proud U.S. Army veteran, he served six years on active duty, including two deployments to Iraq as a Combat Engineer.
Kyle has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth in the multi-site healthcare services industry. His expertise includes building high-functioning teams, providing strong leadership, and improving efficiency metrics. Prior to joining beBright, Kyle held C-suite roles at a private equity-backed dental services collective and served as Vice President of Operations at DaVita, a Fortune 200 mission-driven healthcare organization.

Getting Acquainted
If you had a free day to do anything, how would you spend it?
I would spend the day hiking in the mountains of Arizona, enjoying the natural beauty and tranquility. Afterward, I’d reward myself with a delicious slice (or slices) of pizza—an excellent way to cap off a fulfilling day.
What is one of your actual superpowers?
I have a natural talent for organization. Whether it’s ensuring everything is in its proper place in my sock drawer or maintaining a structured work environment, I take pride in creating order and efficiency.
Why do you love your job?
I thrive on the fact that this is a people-centered business. I am passionate about building and developing high-performing teams. Dentistry offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients (kids and parents), staff, and doctors, which is incredibly rewarding.
What characteristics do you admire most in people?
Humility and authenticity. As a member of a men’s group at my church, I’ve seen the challenges of acknowledging how pride can adversely impact various aspects of life—including my own. Encouraging tough, honest conversations about where we are in our Christian faith and the steps, we should take next is both refreshing and transformative.
What are some of your hobbies?
As a husband to my lovely wife, Jenni, and father of three children under the age of 12, much of my free time is spent with my family. One of my favorite hobbies is cooking for them on Saturday mornings, where we make pumpkin and blueberry waffles together. It’s my favorite way to start the weekend. I love experimenting with different recipes—it’s a creative blank slate to craft something delicious and enjoyable for everyone.
