Chris Garcia
Vice President, Operations
Chris is an accomplished Director in the medical services and business development space with extensive experience in operations management, recruitment, and strategic planning. Prior to joining beBright as Director of Operational Excellence, he worked for the nation’s largest teleradiology provider, vRad. In his previous role, he managed a practice of 500 providers, decreased attrition, and excelled in recruiting new physicians. Chris is known for his performance optimization, process improvement, and problem-solving skills, and his ability to align business strategy with objectives.
Getting to Know You
If you had a free day to do anything, how would you spend it?
If I had a free day to do anything you would definitely catch me at a baseball game or some other sporting event. The ability to be outside, relaxing, and enjoy America’s past time is always a source of joy.
What is one of your actual superpowers?
Listening. Growing up the youngest of three I felt like I had to do more listening than talking. Because of that I have been able to really take pride in asking lots of questions and being inquisitive to really understand something before taking action.
Why do you love your job?
I love my job because I have always enjoyed the entrepreneurial spirit and I get to help practices achieve their goals. As someone who loves the unsolvable puzzle each day, I am constantly thrown different challenges that allows me to think outside of the box.

Characteristic you admire in people?
Integrity. I think it is so easy for people to lose focus or do things at times that may be classified as cutting corners. It is so important in work and in life that we do things together and lead by example.
