Dr. Bobbi Augustyn
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Bobbi Augustyn is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist with 18 years of clinical and practice leadership experience. She has grown practices in rural and metropolitan markets, and has served in numerous roles including associate, partner, sole proprietor, and Chief Executive Officer. Bobbi’s diverse experience provides her with unique perspective and ability to work successfully with all providers and practices.
Dr. Augustyn comes from a family of entrepreneurs. She was raised in a business and philanthropic oriented home and continues the tradition. Bobbi and her husband are active angel investors in start-ups and private equity-backed companies.
Bobbi took over a single provider practice with eight team members and grew the business to more than 50 team members including ten providers, six LLC’s and a management company. Her successful accomplishments were achieved through organic growth, opening new facilities, and acquiring existing practices – all prior to her role as CEO of beBright.
Dr. Augustyn has successfully integrated and deployed a Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics dual specialty model at her practice. Bobbi is excited to partner with best-in-class practitioners throughout the country to optimize and improve clinical outcomes and create the best patient experience for future generations of patients.
Getting to Know You
What are some of your hobbies?
Hiking, singing, strength training, boating with the family. I love to slalom, especially at sunrise and sunset when the water is glass. I also love to play ball; I throw a mean spiral!
What is one of your actual superpowers?
I make great kids – my husband tells me all the time! We have twin daughters and a son.

Integrity – errors of enthusiasm are anticipated, errors of integrity are non-negotiable.
Dr. Bobbi’s Professional Background
Dr. Bobbi L. Augustyn graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 2005, and completed her pediatric residency in 2007. She practiced in Hastings, Nebraska for three years prior to moving to Minnesota where she has been part of Camp Smile since 2010.
Dr. Bobbi’s Professional Involvement
Dr. Bobbi is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the Minnesota Association of Pediatric Dentistry. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
