Felicia Furlong
Director of RCM
Felicia was born and raised on Minnesota’s Iron Range. For many years, her family was involved in family-run businesses allowing her to see the importance of happy employees, happy customers, and the value of a dollar. She values a small-town feel and building personal connections, while also finding joy in giving back to her local community. Her introduction to dentistry began at the age of 16, allowing her to experience multiple roles within the field. Wanting to build a career bridging both business and dentistry, she pursued and received her master’s in healthcare administration from the George Washington University, a top program. Outside of work Felicia enjoys spending time with her family in northern Minnesota and travelling.

What superpower do you wish you had?
The superpowers Wonder Woman has. She is such a positive role model for females at any age! She is resilient, strong, clever, elegant and her hair always looks good.
What is one of your actual superpowers?
I always find a way to make others laugh. Laughing helps you live longer, and I think it is so important to spread joy with a smile and a contagious laugh.
