Michael Polcyn

Mike is a senior finance executive with a track record of success in public companies as well as the CFO for numerous private equity portfolio companies across an extremely diverse set of industries. He has provided financial leadership in all aspects of acquisitions and leveraged finance. At beBright Mike is responsible for the financial operations along with providing support to the CEO, legal team, business and corporate development teams and many other business processes.
Mike is a CPA who holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas. He has been on the Board of Directors for several commercial ventures and is past president of the Nebraska Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI).
